Help about amazon fee per unit sold on busines plan

Good day, I'm new to the world of selling through Amazon, so I need a little help, namely, I'm currently on the professional plan with Amazon, so I'm interested in one thing, if I understand correctly, if I'm on an individual plan, Amazon takes a commission of 0.99 usd for each item sold, and if I'm professional plan which I now pay monthly 39.99 usd + tak, when I go to my products and click on any on the right side it says Revenue Calculator and it says Amazon fe specifically I took an example of one product that I sell (picture attached) where the product is sold by the price is 19.99 usd and there is an Amazon commission of 3 usd, I don't understand that now, I'm on the professional plan and I'm still paying Amazon that commission of 3 usd? Can someone briefly explain to me whether I understood everything correctly and if I am on the professional plan, I still pay that commission to Amazon and what I am paying it for? Thank you very much for your reply

Yes of course you pay 15% referrel fee (3.--), plus the -.99 per unit plus the shipping to the customer, since you do FBM. Or is it 10% (2.--) plus the -.99? You know.
