Package delivered - Customer wants refund
USPS shows package delivered on-time to mailbox. Customer says package was not received and wants a refund. I made a claim with USPS for the lost package and USPS records show delivered. I offered to send the customer a replacement. Customer says "I’ve overextended my budget a bit and would actually like a refund instead. I just don’t need them anymore at this time." My assumption is that the customer did receive the package and is trying to get a refund. Amazon says to give refund, or risk A-Z claim and a ding on my seller account. What says you?

If you didn't use Amazon's buy shipping, then you are out of luck. You could have hand delivered it and it still wouldn't matter.

Same issue. Item shows delivered, but reason for return is 'order not received'. Makes zero sense to even have tracking information if it isnt going to be respected and the sellers have to eat the cost of the refund plus the loss of product. Amazon and lying customers come out ahead tho that's for sure
