My listing does not show up even though FBA has received my inventory

Hello, first time FBA seller.

I have shipped my listings inventory to Amazon's FBA warehouse. When I created the listing, clicking on it would show a page where it says "Sorry something went wrong on our end" and I initially assumed this was because the listing was not active yet due to having no inventory.

But now that I've shipped my inventory to FBA warehouses, it still does the same thing, and I've realized that something was actually wrong the entire time.

How do I fix my listing so that it shows up?

I wanted to check in with you regarding this post. I see that you reached out to Selling Partner Support via CASE ID ending in 3841 and they shared the reason why your listing is showing as unavailable is due to offer release date needing to be updated.

To update the Offer Release Date I created a post -->HERE<-- and will share the steps here as well:

  1. Go to your Seller Central Account
  2. Select Manage Inventory
  3. Search for the ASIN you would like to update the release date on
  4. Then go to edit on the listing when it pops up.
  5. It will take you to the offer tab
  6. Go down to Offering Release Date and Merchant Release Date and update it to the date you want to start actively selling your product.
  7. Once date is edited, click save and finish (the date should update in about 15 to 30 minutes after the changes are made)
