Children’s Jewelry policy

After Amazon has already approved our asins for the Children's Jewelry Compliance Requirements, (As we do not sell children jewelry, only women and men) we just got hit for 90 policy violations and the listings have been blocked. What is going on? Anyone else having this issue?

I had almost 200 listings deleted, and I had already submitted CPCs.

Same situation here. Several items were blocked, even though they had been previously approved by Amazon Children's Jewelry. We've opened a few cases but haven't received any responses yet. Has anyone heard any updates?

We had a few items flagged as "childrens jewelry " that are not, most we got fixed.

One support case said its childrens jewelry which it is not, based on their information , but when we asked what information, like a child they wouldnt tell us what information.

So I asked is it the bullet that says " not intended for children 12 and under " or the 18 inch chain, whith anyone with a brain and the ability to think knows is not for a child. Then again this is Amazon support , so they would not answer ans closed the case.

It is not that you do not sell to children, because this is a correct fact. It is because you are stating that your product's intended use is by children.

Now each different product should have a COC to be sold, but most likely, Amazon will not accept it. At over $1,000 each, move on to different product.

We too had 370 flagged listings last month. We appealed and was approved as not child jewelry. Yesterday 18 of our listings removed even though they were approved last month. We filed an appeal on the first one that came through and the appeal was denied and closed, reopened and immediately closed again saying no path to reinstatement. We started our own thread a while ago tagging mods and supplying case ID's

if these word was shown on your title or detail page.it will be judged children's jewelry.such as girl,boy.kid.chuldren.I had some listings deleted.but now.It's been released.
