Same issue here. Selling about 100 items from a brand with a near perfect NCX and zero complaints or issues. 1 ASIN with a 5% NCX (due to a customer doing the old switcharoo and returning a broken item with a different serial #) and the full brand gets stranded in FBA (thousands of units). Send an invoice from last month and the support team says " you need to submit a document dated after April 10th, 2024". Call Amazon, chat with multiple agents and spend dozens of hours without any resolutions.
