Listing no longer available to ship internationally - why?
We recently launched a product on Amazon US that could also be ordered by people in the UK. They paid a little extra for shipping, but it was still an option. However, our new product is suddenly no longer available for purchase by people visiting Amazon.com from the UK. Why is this happening?
Could it be because we recently changed the product's category from 'Hair Regrowth Treatment' to 'Hair Treatment Oils'? Our other two cosmetic products are still available for international delivery. Any help would be valuable.

Are you talking about FBA remote fulfillment or are you selling FBM ?

The question by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blis a good one because it makes a difference if you are using FBA or FBM to offer the product.
I have a link for you to a support page with a section titled How to expand to Europe in 4 steps. Why don't you take a look at it and see what information contained there might solve your problem.
I see that you opened a case with support and that case has been transferred. Let's see if the team it was transferred to can assist you with correcting the issue.

I don't see where in this thread you provided me with the information I earlier requested from you. That is, can you give me the ASIN or SKU to identify the one item of three that is not available for international sales? Please confirm that this is also the ASIN where you changed the category.
