Related to another account I have no knowledge of and only Amazon.CA account effected
Have others had the issue of having only their Amazon. ca account deactivated due to a related account violation? It does not effect my .com USA or any other country Amazon selling account. I only sell on USA but recently noticed that my .ca account was deactivated. I have never sold on .ca at all but have been trying to appeal it because I might wish to use it in the future and I was concerned not addressing it would effect my Usa account at some point?
They say I am related to some account that I have never heard of and have no knowledge of. I have submitted multiple appeals and provided documents but I keep getting the same AI responses back that they don't have enough information but of course never state what information they need to have enough. The only possible link I could come up with was a 3rd party service that we used to use on Amazon.com but still makes no sense since it does not effect my .com account. So I am at a complete loss on how to remove this related account violation that I am not related too. Seller support is of absolute no help at all trying to seek clarification.
