Video Interview ( ID Verification is done ) still Shipment creation is disabled

Hi Glenn,
Amazon wanted to interview me for ID Verification, so they sent me the link to schedule an interview. This was around 7th Sept 2024. Amazon disabled my "Shipment creation".
Following the link in the email, I scheduled the video interview for 13th Sep 2024 at 1.30 am PST. Also, I uploaded documents as asked.
Then on 13th Sept, they sent me the link during the interview, which I followed & again I uploaded ID verification documents just before the video interview. Then the interviewer asked me questions to which I replied.
Then I got an email saying ID Verification was done however my "Shipment creation is still disabled"
I am calling Amazon support however nobody is helping here, they are saying they have escalated it to the internal team however still no luck.
Please help here.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. Your account has deactivated hence why you cannot create a shipment. You will need to reactivate your account before you can do so. If you need additional help with that please create a thread in the account health category here on the forums.
