NEED HELP PLEASE! MY ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED, UNDER SECTION 3!
Hello,
I have attached the screenshot. My account was deactivated, I still do not know the exact reason. I do not have any listing yet.
Last night, I did 2 things: I changed my individual account to professional, then changed back to individual.
Second, I was checking a product to list, and then somehow mistakenly I listed that product to check if it is working or no, it was an actual listing and then removed it back, they are saying that my listing has been deleted which I never had, I have no active listing or products at all after an hour I received the email below:
(Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.)
And this one:
The Order Defect Rate (ODR) is a key measure of your ability to provide a good customer experience. It's all orders with a defect (defined below) as a percentage of total orders during a given 60-day time period.
An order has a defect if it results in negative feedback, an A-to-z Guarantee claim that is not denied, or a credit card chargeback.
Our policy is that sellers maintain an ODR under 1% in order to sell on Amazon. An ODR above 1% may result in account deactivation.
