My products are showing extremely long delivery times to customers
Noticed my sales dropping substantially, again. Decided to look into why, again. Turns out amazon is telling customers delivery will take over 2 weeks.
My handling time is 1 day
Shipping is set to 3-5 days
This happened out of nowhere, I didn't change any settings for months and all of a sudden delivery times are being shown as 2 weeks. Why?
Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help

The reality is that Amazon has nearly unlimited computer processing power and totally inept AI and unrealistic estimates for sellers. AND, don't forget, if they show longer delivery times for YOUR products, do you think there is a small (sarcasm here) possibility that THEIR products might get more sales?

The same thing happened to us with a noticeable change on October 1st. That lasted approximately 3 weeks. Here is the thread about that experience and Amazon's response. Don't expect any specifics as to EXACTLY why your account and listings are being impacted.
All responses given by Seller "Support" and eventually 2 weeks after tagging mods were broad and simply a laundry list of things that COULD impact the delivery promises being shown to buyers.
