CHARGED $150 TWICE WITH NO REASON AT ALL , Please reimburse

I was charged $150 on 17th of July and it is seen as deal fee on the payments secion , however , I did not activated any deals or something within the near time interval of the date. I have activated a deal on 6th of July and paid the fee of the deal on 8th of July HOWEVER I WAS CHARGED $150 AGAIN ON 9TH OF JULY. Amazon charged $150 twice with NO EXPLANATION AT ALL. I have created a case on 9th of July and it's about to be month but STILL THEY ARE 'INVESTIGATING'. It's a THEFT if you don't explain why did you charged me $300 and don't give me my money back. I have also left the screenshots of the dual charge on 9th of July and the extra meaningless charge on 17th of July.

Hello @Seller_KH7Yx0AhuuLVr and thanks for posting. When clicking into these charges, there should be details on what deal or promotion is associated with the transaction, in case these charges are for different deals.
If any questions still remain, could you kindly share the case ID you mentioned in this post so I can take a closer look from my end?
