Issue with Manage compliance
Earlier this year, I was asked to submit the test report for the product. I submitted the report and was accepted.
But on June 8th, Amazon suddenly demanded us submit the test report again and deactivated the listing. I submitted the same report but this time the report was rejected without any explanation. The report is a proper report to prove the compliance request.
The item is a mattress topper, and it does not need a report for a mattress. Seeing the Canadian policy, our product is thinner than what is determined as a mattress. So I don't even need to submit the test report. I made that point to Amazon, but they said the product title has the word "mattress," so they cannot remove the request. I've been losing sales for ten days, and it is affecting our business.

Please ensure you are providing images of the mattress from multiple angles (front, back, both sides, top, and bottom) and close-up images of labels showing compliance with Textile Labelling and Advertising Regulations. If the team believes there is insufficient information, your submission may be rejected.
