Safe-T Claims. Proving Serial number Confirmation

Hello,

We are noticing an uptick in customesr buying a specific product which is brand new and seald and then within 1-3 days of receiving it open a return for reasons "do not need anymore" "did not arrive in time" etc.. Which is fine, we know thats part of the business. But when we receive the product the item has a different serial number than the one we sent and the product it self is completely dirty and used. Clearly this is taking advantage of the return system and when we open a SAFE-T claim it is always denied because the serial numbers can not be proven even though we send pictures of the serial number on the box and pictures of the actual product and they do not match.

Anyone help with this issue?

Good luck; I have over $1500 worth of denied claims in the past week for the same issue.

I'm fairly certain It's a coordinated effort by another reseller or group of them.

Every time we file a safe t claim i make sure to add a picture showing the original serial number even titling it " ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBER " and just like clockwork every time we get denied because " Invoice document that lists the serial ID of the item that was sold. " and we go back and forth for 2 more denials for the same reason even though each appeal we attach the invoice until someone finally looks at it or we have to open a case with support. The Safe t claim team is awful, they simply don't read or actually look at the evidence provided. A joke.
