I have this message when I loggin into my reseller Amazon account.
"You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account."
under it it says View Credit Card Info.
Pls note that I have registered 2 types of cards. One is debit card (MasterCard) and the other is Visa Credit card.
When checking status both says ACTIVE but still
When I go to Account information there is a request in red about my identety verfication.
I dont find where to uppload the required documents.
To setup Amazon Reseller account was not as easy as I thought.

This sounds like a verification issue.
Amazon typically doesn't accept debit cards for verification.
As for the credit card, it needs to be in your own name and match up with your account info.
It is not asking for any documents.
The issue: "Update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card."

Be absolutely sure to put the CREDIT CARD into you BUYER side account first before you update anything else.

Thank you for reaching out. This is a very common issue among new sellers when signing up with Amazon. Amazon requires a real credit card, so not a debit or pre-paid card. Your financial institution may only allow your credit card to be used in certain countries. As a result, you may see the same credit card being honored by Amazon in some of our stores, but not in others. When you register in Amazon as a seller, it is necessary to enter an internationally chargeable credit card with a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Reach out to your financial institution to determine the countries your card is eligible to be used in. You can use different credit cards in various Amazon stores. For the list of accepted credit cards, go to Bank account and credit card information for your seller account.
Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid credit cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.
We accept the following credit cards:

- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
