Unfair A-Z Guarantee Claim
Hi Amazon Community
I had a customer who claimed that they did not recieve their package and they filed a A-Z Guarantee Claim although they received their package I have all the evidence to prove that she recieved her package.
This has affected my ODR and my Profit and I want Amazon to take a look at this.

So you have a signature confirmation of delivery in the customer's order name?
