Selling account locked in 2017, payment deferred indefinitely
I last had a selling account in 2017. I recently started selling again. Sold a $60 book. The payment was deferred, then the date changed and it was deferred again, now its changed and again the deferred date has extended.
My sellling account shows that i'm owed a payment. It shows how much. When I go into my statement or order history it does NOT SHOW the current sale, it only shows sales in 2014-2017.
I'm also locked out of other seller features in my own seller account.
Customer service is the WORST EVER they just keep telling me the payment is deferred and they immediately close my case. I start a new case and they say 'the payment is deferred' and they close it again.
This has been going on for WEEKS. I'm also locked out of calling support, it just doesn't go through or it says the call connects but it doesn't ring on my end. I deleted all the blocks in my phone so its not blocking the calls and there is no history of recent calls or blocks on my phone.
I feel like I'm going to stroke out. I'm so frustrated its insane. Amazon is stealing my money and I have no recourse.

@Seller_1wYjoAdX0By1L I'd be happy to jump in here and assist! Do you have an open case with Seller Support that you'd be able to share? If not, I would start off by creating a case with them to investigate your current issue.
