Send to Amazon workflow page not loading after clicking work on shipment

I created a shipment, but when I going to confirm the shipment to print pallet labels after I printed the package labels, the page keeps loading and cannot finish loading then, its loading for almost 12 hours. I still have not download the pallet labels and bol file, the ship carrier still shows "To be determined", but when I click "work on shipment", the page cannot loading successfully.

Good afternoon @Seller_wIq2wVWxgb7G5,

Thanks for raising this! Is it still occurring for you?

I've seen other sellers report a similar experience int he past, typically clearing the browsers cache / cookies, or even trying a new browser entirely can help. It may also require starting over and re-creating the shipment.

Let me know where you're at, and I will be happy to troubleshoot this further with you.
