The unfair decision made by Amazon regarding the order whose order number I have provided below and in the subject. I condemn Amazon's reflecting this order in my defective order rate, even though the order was delivered with a signature by the customer or a relative. I cannot understand why it affects my account health without even requesting a police report. I think this is unfair.

The defences made to the Atoz complaint are as follows;

[Seller correspondence]: Hello Amazon Team, I am writing to you regarding the order number "702-0637143-7514661", the customer found the package belonging to this order in the atoz request with the reason "Package did not arrive", but I am writing to inform you that this is not true. The customer's order was sent via "FedEx" carrier with the tracking number "285964449333" This order was sent, It was delivered directly to the customer on "Monday, 3/3/25 at 6:38 PM" with a signature. The person who received and signed; (Moderation - Removed personal info) this person may be a relative, neighbor or friend of our customer. The carrier who provided the proof of delivery is (Moderation - Removed personal info) and I will be sharing this proof file with you in the attachment. I see that the full refund was made directly to the Customer due to the Atoz request, I can accept this for customer satisfaction, but I never accept that this order (ODR) is reflected in my "Order Defective Rate" Please review again. unfortunately, it doesn't matter if you had a signature. If you did not use Amazon's buy shipping, then you are not covered.
