Amazon account got linked to my Ex client Amazon account.
I've I submitted this justification along with all supporting documents. Amazon is still not opening my account. What I can do? At this point

I hope you're doing great. I've been running an e-commerce business since 2020 under the name of SAAS INTERNATIONAL LLC.
My friend Zafar Iqbal got a lot of motivation from my work on Amazon and success. He also wanted to open an account on Amazon and run a business. He asked my assistant to act as Admin on his account and manage everything in his account BECAUSE he doesn't know how to sell goods online. So we decided to do business together. I charged him 799$/ month for my services. I take business seriously.
Root causes :
Business agreement started 4 December 2021. So he used my warehouse for package shipping, customer returns, labelling and phone number so the courier could contact me to pick up the goods/return the goods. Which I was using on my own Amazon seller account as well which caused this linkage.
Because we were operating together that time.
Because of overload on my shoulder and a lot of work and pressure. I was unable to manage his account properly. Busy life issue. He revoked the business agreement between us on 4 April 2022 and decided to operate his account separately. He was confident. He can do everything on his own.
They ( Salama international LLC) violated Amazon code of conduct section 3 dropshipping policy and got deactivated. He tried to open that account multiple times but nothing worked.
He removed tax information from that account. Downgrade his account from professional to individual. Take out payment from his account. I talked with him about this matter, and he said, "I've no intention to reactivate that account and work on it. He won't work on Amazon anymore. So that account will never be activated. "
Please understand the gravity of this matter. I can't control his decision but what I can do is work on my account. Like usual. Alone. I've rectified everything which was causing linkage.
Mistakes I made :
1.After the termination letter I forgot to remove my phone number, warehouse address from Shipping and return address.
And handover his account to him.
2.At my first Appeal on Amazon, I mentioned it's my brother's account because at that time I did not have documents at hand. ( I lost them)
That's why I came up with the idea. If I mention my friend's account, Amazon will ask for documents which I don't have. So it's better I say he is my brother. After talking on call with Amazon, they said that's not how it works. Documents are necessary. So I called my friend and after 3 weeks searching, fortunately he finally was able to gets hand on documents and I submitted the original file.
3. On one call with the Amazon team they said you've recently had access to that account after 4 April 2022. Explain this.
So yeah! I admit. I've logged into his account from my device recently . I called him at my place just to verify things with my naked eye. Did he really properly change the information which was causing linkage or not? I wanted to confirm our billing, shipping, return, business address, tax information and charge method didn't collide with my naked eyes. So he came to my place and logged in his account after that I cleared my cache memory & cookies & history as well. And for extra security I changed the password of my account. I checked and confirmed he is not lying. He definitely did change all the info correctly which was causing linkage. Phone number, shipping address, return address.
Tax information was already unique and banks were different already. And yes ! That's how IP got matched after termination. I apologise for it. I don't have admin power to that account.

3. My statement attested from Notary Public department under attorney commission Vanessa Adames.
4. Bank statement of April showing Zafar Iqbal paying me the last debt of 799$. Before termination letter.
Above documents clearly state whatever happens to that account after 4 April, 2022. SAAS INTERNATIONAL LLC is not responsible for it.

Due to this, you will need your friend to reactivate their account for you to get yours reactivated.
