Bogus, random FBA fees on inactive account
I haven’t had an active account or listings or inventory at FBA since 2018, 6 years ago. Starting last year, every 3-4 months for 3 days in a row they started emailing about charging my credit card $10-$12 at a time until I paid owed fees. I would log on, find other sellers returns for lifestraw had been placed in my FBA inventory and I would have to reactivate my account to dispose of it. I messaged and chatted w Amazon multiple times with no response except”we have to escalate our case you’ll hear from us soon”. Crickets. I started disputing the charges on my cc then changed cards and CLOSED my seller account about 5 months ago. Yesterday another email arrives, they charged my new credit card $2.23 so I logged on to find my account open (?!) but no listings. 2 more returned lifestraws are in my FBA and it won’t let me dispose of them by any method. Remember, I haven't sold anything on Amazon in 6 years. I chatted w cs twice -same response as above, nothing happens so I disputed the charge and closed my new credit card. I tried closing my seller account but Amazon won’t allow stating a service rep will have to contact me in the next few days to close it. They are systematically stealing my money, attaching themselves to credit cards on file w my Amazon prime account. Amazon are straight thieves.

I understand your situation with the charges to your account and I reviewed your most recent cases in which you confirm that you would like to close the account. I see that the cases ending in 2761, 9981 and 4411 are still open, so please wait until they have been resolved before creating a new case, so the team is able to provide a resolution. Specially on case 15105554411 I can see that it has been transferred to another team that is reviewing it, so please wait until they reply with next steps.
