How to boost sales

Hello everyone,

Hope you are doing well

I' v been selling for about 7 months now. I’ve been getting only 1–2–3 orders per day. I know that’s really slow, and I’m losing money on ads. I’ve already optimized everything — keywords, listings, ads campaigns — but nothing’s changed. I really want to boost sales.

My goal is to sell 20 units a day — what should I do to get there? I’d really appreciate any advice or insights from you all.

Thanks

Sales are slow for everybody. People are scared to spend money now. Ads aren't helping. The whole globe is operating out of fear and chaos right now thanks to Spanky.

Thank you for seeking some guidance on the seller forums, @Seller_ENuxP04li5jY5- and I am sorry to hear about this trend, but do know it can take time for a product or brand to build traction with buyers!

I appreciate @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY offering to help review an ASIN with you for opportunities to improve the listing details. I'll also tag @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Zin this post as they have a history of sharing customer-first insights on specific products, in case OP does share an ASIN!

In the meantime, you may be interested in some of the resources linked out of this recent post focused on boosting seasonal sales during the spring, and/or our first edition in the Prime Day Prep series, in case you are considering submitting any Prime Day deals, @Seller_ENuxP04li5jY5!

Thanks much,

Danny

Hi @Seller_ENuxP04li5jY5,

Thanks for sharing your journey so openly, Marin.

Based on what you wrote — and the care that’s clearly gone into your listings — it’s obvious you’re building your business with real dedication. That’s something worth recognizing.

To give you a sense of what @Danny_Amazon meant by “customer-first insights”, here’s one > example <

If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to take a closer look at one of your listings and see if we can uncover ways to sharpen the story it tells — so it connects more directly with the person you’re trying to reach.

Sometimes the key isn’t doing more — it’s turning up the volume on what’s already there.

Others in the community often bring great ideas to these conversations too, so this could turn into something valuable for all of us. But only if you're comfortable — I want to respect your privacy and process. Just let us know what feels right to you.

Warmly,

Michael

P.S. @Danny_Amazon — thank you so much for your kind words and the thoughtful tag. That truly means a lot.

From what I can tell in my account, Amazon system likes this:

1) Brand Registration

2) A+ Content

3) Advertise the product

4) Send it in for FBA

5) Send it in next to AWD

6) Update your page at least every 10-14 days. Just add a period or something to show Amazon you are constantly working on your selling pages. Make sure you also do a keyword analysis on your title, bullet points, keywords, etc

7) Make sure your pictures are at least 1800 x1800 or larger. We do 2400 x 2400 or bigger on all of our pictures

8) have at least 7 pictures and a video on each SKU

***The list goes on but the above seemed to help us the most. I also watch a lot of China sellers explode products up for sale and they do all of the above and it seems to pay off for them well.

focus on all options and platforms to increase sales for us daily item removed and taken down because randomly Amazon decides to price fix these listings stopping sales. One thing you can count on is being ripped off like almost where not even worth your time. Returns with damaged used destroyed or swapped out up 20% in last month good luck... Safe-t and AtoZ lots of wrong denials lately seems Amazon is not wanting to cover what they should so that is also another to keep eye on especially since amazon just posted billion in loss due to returned and we know they will want to push those cost onto the sellers!

It's all about the products.

If you have good-selling products, you will sell until you stop selling and go to the next product. This is the game on amazon...
