Amazon Survey Emails

I continue to receive different survey request from Amazon via email. But every time I click on the button/link take the survey it either says I have my session has expired or I have already completed the survey. But i have "not" completed the survey and I'm clicking on the survey link within minutes of getting the email. Is anyone else getting the same emails or having the same issues?

The topics of feedback they're asking for I believer are good topics that need to be evaluated by seller feedback.

My issue with the surveys is they are repetitive and too long and not a single thing seems to change in response to the feedback.

They just seem to be measuring how angry and frustrated sellers are, it gets duly reported up to senior management, which proceeds to implement more fees and poorly designed automation.

I don't bother filling them out anymore.

Amazon sends this out, with the hopes, that there will be 1 in 1,000 that respond favorably, so that they will be able to show they receive positive feedback.

They will never show you the true numbers. It goes against everything that Amazon stands for.

that's the same for us ~10% of the time. Some of the survey execution is horrible, too, with questions that provide a rating scale but no option to indicate Not Applicable. Ultimately, the surveys are created by humans who aren't experts in administering surveys, likely somewhat to guide programs they're running or to provide anecdotes for their 6-page memos explaining their results.

We approach each survey with a goal in mind--as almost any topic they want to discuss likely has an area in the survey where we can plug something at least semi-related that we care about. Beyond that, if the link doesn't work, I just delete the email and go about my day. Another survey will come soon enough.
