Document verification and review process

I received 27 following emails today from Amazon after my account was inactivated:

Hi,

You're receiving this email because you recently applied to sell on Amazon or you recently reactivated your seller account.

Maintaining a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers is our top priority. Before you can start or resume Selling on Amazon, we ask that you go through a document verification and review process. Any existing listings for your account will be suspended while the review is in progress.

For your convenience, we have provided step-by-step instructions below to submit your documents for verification:

Use below link to access the Seller Identity Verification process.

Amazon North America (link)

Amazon Australia (link)

Follow the instructions provided as part of the Seller Identity Verification process to upload your documents, which our team will verify.

Upon being successfully verified, you will be allowed to sell on Amazon.

Sincerely,

The Selling on Amazon team

The link "Amazon North America" displays the following page:

Could someone please help what I am supposed to verify here?

Could anybody please point me to the step-by-step instructions below to submit your documents for verification on the page?

I already clicked on Vacation Settings and turned them on and off.

The second link "Amazon Australia" redirects there:

I do not sell or ship to Australia. I have already clicked on the continue button and verified my credit card payment information.

Any suggestions or ways to contact support are welcome.

Did you purchase this account?

Part of the verification process typically is to upload a bill or business license. This is most often done through the account health page.

Hello there, my name is CR. I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread here regarding the same topic where I have responded.

Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff and delay support. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.

I will be closing out this thread in order to avoid duplicative work. Any additional updates will be provided on the original post here.
