Is there any way to launch a complaint about the seller help chat?
Does anyone know how to file a complaint or get in touch with a manager or someone that can actually help with a listing problem? I have endured a frustratinlgly repetitive chat over the last couple days. My problem is getting ignored and I am just getting the same form answers. They aren't even bothering to read my brief description of the problem.

I see that you have been requested to provide a SKU which you don't have for this product, I would just like to clarify that the SKU isn't a code that someone gives you, but this is a number that you add yourself to classify your inventory, so whenever you're being asked for an SKU is just the code that you add when you fill out the product information when listing a product.
Now, the error code that you're getting, which is (Error 8541), shows up because the product information that you added is somewhat similar to the ASIN that the system found, which is B07RSKKXXH.
To resolve this issue, you need to try to upload the product information again and when the error shows up, you need to click on: Request product detail page change and create a new request.
A pop-up window will appear, and you will be required to provide more information about the discrepancy found. We will analyze the information provided and reply on Seller Central. To keep track of your request, go to Help > Case log.
