Seller Fulfilled Prime Abuses—No Accountability from Amazon
We've repeatedly observed a seller listing items under "Seller Fulfilled Prime" while consistently failing to meet Prime delivery timelines. Unfortunately, despite reporting the issue, Amazon appears unwilling to investigate or take corrective action.
Given that Amazon has the capability to track delivery performance for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, it's disappointing that this seller continues to exploit the system and gain sales without adhering to required standards. A basic algorithm could easily verify fulfillment consistency, yet no intervention occurs.
Additionally, we've noticed that 1-star reviews are frequently struck through, as Seller Fulfilled Prime listings are treated similarly to Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). This practice seems to mask genuine customer feedback, allowing nearly all negative comments to be suppressed.
Some of feedbacks that seller received recently:
-Ordered July 13th with a delivery date of July 17th. Didn't ship until July 15th and finally delivered July 21st. Shouldn't advertise same day shipping if it takes three days to actually ship.
-I paid more for the item in order to have faster delivery. I was supposed to receive it within 48 hours but the package arrived 12 days later. Very disappointed with the delivery service.
-Said overnight shipping and a week later is still not here
-The seller did not meet the 2-day shipping they advertised. The estimate was 7-day at time of return. They wanted me to pay for return postage for their problem.
-Unable to follow the prescribed date
-Product was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd, now told it "might" be here on July 30th
-The listing showed 2 day delivery so I placed an order for brake pads even though I was getting better price elsewhere. I booked an appointment with mechanic for the next day of delivery. But it arrived 4 days late from promised delivery date. I missed my appointment and Paid extra for nothing. In return the seller offered to not accept the package.
-Ordered the product to do a repair by the weekend- no show ! Now says over a week !
-Ordered Item with the expectation of delivery by July 23rd as advertised. Still have not received the order and got a message late on the evening of the 23rd saying it was now delivering on the 29th!! Needed it for the weekend of the 26th and 27th. Would not have ordered it had I known the real delivery date.
-Did not receive the item on the 23rd, now they say the 29th.
and many more, such pattern remained the same forever....

Hi @Seller_NFXUjGCtS4RaO
I want to assure you that Amazon takes these concerns seriously.
For specific violations of Prime shipping requirements, you can report this through Seller Central's "Report a Violation" tool.
Seller Fulfilled Prime participants must maintain:
- On-time delivery rate of 99% for Prime trial period
- Order cancellation rate less than 0.5%
- Use of Buy Shipping Services for 99% of Prime orders
- Same-day carrier pickup for more than 99% of Prime orders
The feedback examples you've shared indicate consistent violations of these standards. While I cannot discuss specific actions taken against other sellers, I encourage you to:
- Document specific order numbers showing delayed deliveries
- File detailed reports through Seller Central
- Include customer feedback screenshots
- Reference the Canadian Seller Fulfilled Prime requirements
You can also reach out to Seller Support directly, the team will investigate delivery performance metrics and take appropriate action if violations are confirmed.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Christine.
