The customer received the product and immediately wanted to haggle and get a lower price of over 50% less. Then, proceeded to suggest that they would leave a negative review if I did not cave into their demand. They were always given the opportunity for a replacement or return at no cost. Once they received their prepaid label and realized their demands were not being met they left a negative review. At this point they have also not returned the item and it has been 16 days. I would like help to remove their false comment.
