submitted my document for re-activation

i have created my amazon account and submitted documents for the verification and the documents got verified and my account got activated without any video verification and after that i update my tax information as soon i updated the tax information my account got deactivated with section 3 and amazon said we need additional documentation to verify your identity and asked for utility bill and valid credit card on file then i submitted the utility bill for re-activation but keep getting a message that documents don’t match

I understand that you are being required to submit a utility bill for account verification and reactivation.

Please ensure that the utility bill is dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service.

You want to ensure that the document(s) you provide meet the following criteria:

  • It must contain the following information: your name and address, the service provider's name and additional information such as date of issue and due date, service provider's address, service provider's logo, and usage details if applicable.
  • Your name and address must be visible and match the name and address that you entered in Seller Central.
  • It must have been issued in the last 90 days.
  • It must be a full page and unobstructed including corners.
  • It must have a high definition and be clear and readable. The required information must be visible and in focus.
  • It must be authentic and unaltered.
  • It must not be protected with a password. You can reupload the same document without the password protection or upload a photo of the document. For security reasons, do not reply to this email with the password.
  • It must not be a screenshot.
  • It must be in one of the supported languages.
  • It must be a PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF file.

You can submit the document(s) by logging into your Seller Central account and clicking Reactivate Your Account in the Actions section of the page. This will bring you to your Account Health page and you can select Submit new Information on the banner at the top of the page.

Once your document(s) is received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome regarding reactivation of your account.

If you are still receiving a concern with the documentation, please feel free to open a case with our Support team for additional assistance. You can provide the case ID to this thread if you'd like for me to take a look.
