About UPC exemption
Our accounts and brands can now create links to any product type directly using GTIN exemption, and there is no button that prompts us to apply for an exemption. Therefore, we cannot submit an exemption application for the product type for which the link is created. The link will be It's ready to be created.
However, there is a hidden danger here, that is, although the link is created, the corresponding product type is not exempted in the account, and there will be a risk here.
We urgently need an entrance for us to apply for UPC exemptions for corresponding product types. What should we do? We have opened many cases but cannot solve them. The customer service asked me to create a link directly, but the future risks will not be borne by ourselves as sellers? Some sellers around me have had their links deleted by Amazon because of this problem.

Are you able to show the error you are experiencing or provide a case ID? Sellers should be able to apply for a GTIN exemption by following the steps in the Apply for a product ID, or GTIN, exemption help page.
Once you provide additional details I may be able to assist in determine what steps should be taken. Thank you for your understanding.
