Help! Customer return fraud

Hello - a customer got credit for FOUR returns by slicing one our products in bits and pieces, and stuffing the pieces into the return packages. The Order IDs: 111-8061542-4932201, 114-4055652-3130626, 114-8663261-6835416, 114-0026722-6824244

Can someone at Amazon please help? We opened several case logs, and attached all the photos, but the response I get from EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE is that because the product was "customer damaged," we are not entitled to a reimbursement. But this is clearly CUSTOMER FRAUD. How is it fair that the seller has to pay the cost of 4 products plus shipping, when the customer clearly is defrauding us? And then the customer gets refunded for all 4 products??

Please help!
