Started Selling on AMAZON CANADA found Someone Already Selling my BRAND
Hi, I just started the process of uploading my inventory to Amazon CA. When uploading i found a seller selling my personal brand. What are my options to deal with this? Also How were they Able to sell my brand if I have it trademarked and I'm the only seller?
Any info would be extremely helpful.

As long as they are selling your brand with your trademark and your item, they aren't breaking any Amazon policies.
Amazon requires all sellers who sell the same item from the same brand to sell on the same listing.
If you are concerned about it being counterfeit, you will have to do a test buy.

Yes, Amazon doesn't enforce brand owner MAP pricing policies or anything. It's their policy.
You would return it as counterfeit and send photographic proof in Brand Registry with the order number.

If they sell much more expensive they are most probably buying from you on .com and selling on .ca.
Now knowing that importing to Canada is complicated and expensive personnally I would let it like this. A sale is a sale.
If you want to do a test buy, search someone on a platform living in Canada doing that for you. Or tell to someone else to purchase from the Canadian platform and send to the USA.
