WOW, some buyers have no shame.
Maybe you guys have had this scam -- if not, here's one:
So I was contacted by a buyer about my product. She wanted to know if I had a physical address and could she come in and see the product. She's like "OH, you're in my neighborhood" -- I took that as "oh she wants a sample".... she's from wyoming, how much of a scammer can this person be? So I said sure, I'll send you a sample pack. Thinking she's a crafter and wants to try and then tell all her crafter friends. New year, new optimism.
After packing her stuff -- I got an order from the exact same address -- but from a man. I thought, maybe she used her husband's account. OK, I see that all the time -- but then I thought am I being scammed? But I promised to send and I wanted to keep my word (especially since they made a purchase).
So I mailed both packages on Feb 6. Mind you I sent two of the same size packages as a courtesy and to get a loyal customer later.
It's now Feb 14th and I get an email from the man (the order that purchased) that they "never received" the package. Does not reference the second package I sent for free -- just says they need replacement or refund. Oh hell no.
So I look at both packages delivery tracking and wouldn't you know BOTH packages on the USPS say:
Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility
February 12, 2024, 10:09 am <---- same time on BOTH!!!! Mind you this is a PO box -- you don't just walk up and grab the mail. LOLOLO What's he thinking! I'm going to take off PO box on this platform -- not worth the frustration.
So I emailed him back saying -- ordered delivered at this time -- second order came in same address same day, and BOTH picked up at the same time. Coincidence?
I also reported the message for fraud.
I wish there was a way to create threads based on buyer's first name. Booooooooo.
I'm just bracing my little brand for a bad review and to fight it -- it's sooo lame.

Did you use Amazon shipping for the order?

Hello @Seller_96TKK7fUM2CIO
I am following up to ask you if you did use Amazon shipping for the order? If so, did you file an appeal? Please refer to this help page -- Use Buy Shipping services.
If you purchase Amazon's Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Amazon will cover the cost of these claims and they will not affect your Order Defect Rate.
I hope this helps.
