I Need MODERATOR Help Please - Shipment Closed with all boxes delivered, but not all received
FBA Shipment FBA18FQQWNQJ delivered in full on 9/27/24 to TMB8. Closed with only 73 out of 128 units received. I would like for my inventory ("missing" box) to be located and received into my active inventory please. Also a question - if the box were to remain missing for say a year, when they finally find it, will they still receive it into my active inventory? Seller support just gives me the robot answer. I do not want reimbursement. The box is there, and I can't get them to answer the question as to whether or not the warehouse is looking for my box. If I go to all the trouble of submitting invoices for so many single ASIN's, they will just reverse the reimbursement once my box is found, and all that work that I did will be for nothing. Please help, and maybe explain why this happens. How does a box go "missing?"

I have had 4 boxes indicating "0" shipments received. Sometimes there is 20 SKU's in there. I provide countless invoices accounting for ownership (we are the brand owner and been on amazon for 15 years). They take sometimes 3 weeks to reply after they received the documentation with a canned response like "ok. now send us invoices accounting for everything you sold in the last 2.5 years" ummm what, and give us 24 hours to respond or we will close the case. So we do that for 2k+ units sold and all invoices meeting their criteria. They reply with "your invoices didn't meet one or more of our criteria so we are closing your case". They FAIL to tell you what criteria is not met. How they can get away with this is beyond me. I have been keeping a log of all lost inventory. If it makes you feel better . . . go to your inventory ledger and filter by "inventory found". Over the past year we have had 3500+ units that have been relocated. I don't think it's truly lost and is eventually located but we should be compensated until it is found.
