Product Policy Compliance - US - Food and Product Safety
We have been successfully selling a supplement for a brand for about 9 months, we have been in compliance and provided CoA's and such. Our product was selling well with no customer complaints. Suddenly it was taken down due to "Product Safety Issue".
When I contacted support they asked for evidence of compliance including the below. I promptly submitted our COA forms again and stated that no products from the manufacturer had ever been subject to a recall and perhaps there was a brand confusion with this violation. They replied back that "they would take care of this right now" and they were submitting this to a specialized team right away. Now I contact them every few days and get a be patient response. Has anyone encountered this issue and what did you do?
"f- A statement of how the product is not subject to the recall. (For ex: The seller should describe how the corrected product can be differentiated from the recalled version; e.g. new serial numbers, manufactured after X day, etc.)
g- CPNP /SCNP (for UK) Registration number.
h- Statement responding to the recall reason - must explain possible causes and show corrective actions."

Typically, these situations come with a request for very specific testing documentation, you mentioned providing a COA, when was this completed? Have you confirmed with the manufacture regarding possible recall issues?
