I have been a seller for quite some time now, and this is my first time not getting paid. For my most recent payout which was supposed to be released AUG 2/2024. I noticed that earlier that week before payout, I had an amount of $3,000 to be released AUG 2. Later that week it magically went to zero and saw the funds went to “account reserved”. It is now AUG 4 and now my account is showing that my next payout is AUG 14, but it’s still showing at “$0” I contacted seller central and the agent stated that my account is in perfect condition and healthy and there’s no reason why my funds didn’t get released. They stated it will get escalated and I have yet heard anything from any special team or email. As a business owner this is frustrating because credit card debt that is used as capital needs the payments to be made so when your funds are on hold and there isn’t any explanation it can create a confusion. In addition to all of this, I have 3 friends who also sell on Amazon showing their payout at “0” and they have yet to receive any explanation.
