How Can Amazon Justify Blocking Brand Owners from Their Own Brand?

We’ve been selling on Amazon for over 10 years under the same account, with the same products and brand, and we’ve never had compliance issues. Our brand is officially registered in the USPTO, and yet Amazon associates are now claiming they “cannot find us” or that we don’t own our trademark.

We are the rightful brand owners and manufacturers, overseeing every step of production. Our products, branding, and trademarks are consistent across all markets worldwide, so how can these claims be justified? What kind of training is being provided to Amazon teams that allows them to deny facts and accuse us of trademark infringement?

This situation not only jeopardizes our longstanding partnership with Amazon but also undermines the credibility of the platform itself. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you manage to resolve it?

You registered this trademark in every country?

Because what usually happens, Chinese companies will look for well selling brands. Then they register that brand under their name in countries where it is not trademarked. Now they own that brand in that country and suddenly an American brand owner cannot control their Canadian listings anymore.

Hello @Seller_ELKUJlqBV9aht,

I'm sorry you are having this issue with your Brand. It is possible that the information on your Amazon account doesn't match your Trademark Registration exactly which might be causing issues. If you have you most recent Seller Support case on this issue I can review and see if there some options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
