You need a piped utility bill in your name and address as it appears in the account you set up with Amazon.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to jump in here. Please know that the seller forums are not a direct path to Seller Support or a channel to submit documents or appeals. It is a community made up of other Amazon sellers, like yourself.
It sounds like your document you provided did not pass the review likely because the name and address did not match what you have set up with your Amazon selling account. Thank you @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9for providing the info above as well.
Please make sure you review all of your most recent performance notifications as well. In the meantime, I am going to see if I can find out any other details on my end.

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread here regarding the same topic where I have already responded.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
