Account not fully onboarded

so my shipment has arrived but all my units are Stranded inventory and the reason that it is because it says

"Account not fully onboarded" and when i hover it, it shows "Your listings are temporarily inactive while they are being prepared for this marketplace."

but when i go to manage all inventory it shows active i dont know whats wrong and even when my inventory got Stranded i didnt recieve any email to sign up or something

@Expo_seven_store, I reviewed your case and the team confirmed that they were unable to verify the bank statement that you provided as an additional proof of identity.

Kindly upload a scanned copy of a different additional proof of identity, such as a bank statement, a credit card statement, or a bank letter to Seller Central, along with all other required documents listed on the "Identity Verification" page. Also include the documents that were already verified.
