Account suspended [not really?] - no appeal pathway

I received a notice saying my account was deactivated for a dropshipping review, and that I should submit documents via an appeal button.

1. I do not dropship

2. My account is not deactivated and my listings are currently active, however the funds are being held. I don't know if this is just a lag issue.

3. There is no appeal button and no way to submit any documents. There is a notification without an appeal button.

4. My Account Health Assurance score is 736 and I'm supposed to be protected from this sort of behaviour. Yet Amazon never contacted me to "work things out", despite this being the stated policy.

Where did you get this notice? Through sellercentral or as an email (emails are easy to fake)

If the suspended notification is legitimate, I would suggest you wait up to 24 hrs until it is actually reflected on your seller account and for the appeal button to show. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower, Amazon's seller central is extremely slow to update on many critical elements.

This wait also applies to when the issue is solved and needs to go back to normal.

There might be an email at the bottom of the notification. Sometimes they want you to appeal through sellercentral, sometimes they want via email. Even if there is no email there, do not worry. This is just a review, it takes 30 days to complete. If you would like to expedite the process, you can call Account Health to get further instructions.

I called, they were no help. They said they have no contact with the performance team and he just told me to wait and do nothing; meanwhile the notification says I have to send them stuff.

First and foremost, I will acknowledge that upon review of the situation there is no path to submit any information. This is never the intended result of these situations as we welcome disputes to all situations, more so when they are valid disputes showing your proof of compliance. I have already submitted a request to have the situation reviewed and a path be made available for you to properly dispute the situation as you mentioned that you do not dropship. I do not have a time estimation on their process to apply this fix, but I will be in communication with them as they complete the request. Once completed I will be informed and will follow up here with you.

Surrounding the request to address the situation, once available you will need to provide the related invoices, authorizations, business details and shipping information such as tracking or proof of carrier or logistics issues. These will be reviewed as proof of compliance and eligibility to avoid any deactivation.

I did inquire on this situation and was ask to have you review the messaging on our account health assurance eligibility page. At the top of the page there should be a message in bold advising that this store is no longer enrolled in the account health assurance program. I personally have very little information on this as they do not typically provide much information on enrollment or eligibility outside the provided page. Regardless of eligibility, I will be more than happy to continue offering what support I can in this space. I would only ask that you post your concerns performance notification as it does make it a bit easier to offer guidance and the community to share their experiences and prior disputes.
