Unfair A-Z Claim (Again!) as a result of Purolator Tracking number not being tracked

Hello,

We received the A to Z request but I believe this case went against us because Purolator tracking numbers cannot be track.

Order ID:701-1157131-1975404

Why is this happening?

"The customer claimed an issue with delivery for their order and the tracking information is either missing or invalid. Per policy, valid tracking was required on this order."

After this, we sent all details in our reply. And;

Conclusion; Granted...

This false A-Z claim granted cause of the tracking number is incorrect. The item was shipped on time and the valid tracking number was entered correctly. Therefore, this claim has been incorrectly granted against us and there is nothing we can do to resolve this. Is this a repeat of the VTR issue that has affected us and many other sellers in the past? After the huge issue we had with Canada Post, it is unacceptable that Amazon is unable to track the tracking numbers on our Purolator shipments.

I have had a case open for this exact Purolator tracking issue since April, with no resolution.

Every few days I get a message saying the "team is looking into it", and that "we apologize for the amount of extra time it's taking"

I provided the signature confirmation of delivery, and after it was rejected, I had to get a forum moderator involved.

We should boycott this garbage company. Buyers return rocks, sellers have to pay out of pocket. Amazon isn't protecting us for ZILCH.

We did not have an A-Z claim due to invalid tracking, however I can tell you that Amazon is notorious for not confirming valid tracking numbers, our VTR rate is constantly affected due to "invalid tracking" which are 100% ACCURATE. We tried to contact seller support regarding the issue several times but no help was offered and we just gave up trying to resolve the issue.

Amazon is just nothing. We all loose money against spammers. They know exactly how to get free stuff. I had many every year. And all the time sales are slow because of ODR. Invalid tracking. Delivered packages and broken items and low feedbacks. We buyers get ripped off. I try to be very nice as I can but still every good goes to the buyers.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with Amazon and how much I appreciate being part of this platform. Unfortunately, I am currently facing a serious issue, and I urgently need your assistance.

Due to the recent shipping crisis cased by courier strikes in Canada, many of my customers did not receive their orders on time. As a result, I have received several A-to-Z claims, which have severely impacted my Order Defect Rate (ODR) and significantly disrupted my business performance.

Before the shipping crisis, my ODR was excellent, and I was consistently focused on providing the best service to my customers. However, this situation has caused me to lose all my buybox privileges, and my sales have almost come to a standstill. For over a month, I have been communicating with my customers, issuing refunds, and doing everything in my power to resolve their issues. Unfortunately, these efforts have not been sufficient, and I cannot recover without some relief from the A-to-Z claims.

I kindly ask for your understanding and support during this difficult time. No business can endure such a crisis alone. Please consider removing at least some of the A-to-Z claims to help me and my business get back on track.
