Items missing in FBA shipment

Hi all,

I am just needing a little advice on how others have gotten reimbursement from Amazon for missing items in shipments lately? I learned my lesson and now take photos of my sellers account every time a box is being received by Amazon to document all items were received by the first warehouse. I currently have 3 open cases for missing items which Amazon has stopped answering me. In these cases I have photos showing all items were received by the first warehouse as screenshots of my seller account and I received responses back “items were counted and there is no record of us receiving them”. I have been having more and more items go missing in transfer lately and if a picture of the sellers account showing that an Amazon employee counted them in full is not evidence, I am not sure what is? I get these responses and some of the time they find these items so clearly they were counted and misplaced.

Has anyone else been having this issue? Is there a management channel I can send my cases to?
