Urgent Help Needed - Suspected Review Manipulation
Hello,
I'm reaching out because I have a pressing issue with some of my products. I need your support and advice regarding a case of review manipulation that's seriously impacting the reputation and rankings of my products.
Here's the background: When we initially launched this product, we enrolled it in the vine review program and received overwhelmingly positive reviews. However, suddenly there was a flood of 1-star bad reviews from non-vine reviewers, all at once and following a similar pattern. We tried reporting it through various claims and cases, but nothing happened until we posted about it on forums. After that, a representative opened a case and we provided additional details. Within a week, more than 20 bad reviews were instantly removed.
And now we face a similar scenario again, but this time with even more obvious proof and evidence of abuse on that same items.
Previously, it had a relatively balanced distribution of reviews, with approximately 140 reviews, including about 100 5-star reviews, 30 4-star reviews, and a handful of lower ratings. However recently, we've received an alarming influx of about 20 new 1-star reviews, all bought in that same period and reviewed right away with a 1-star rating.
Here are some alarming factors.
1) Some of the reviews are worded exactly the same as those our competitor received on their product - Exact same title, Exact same review. This is a clear sign, without a doubt, that they manipulated this to post the same complaints.
2) Some reviews were posted before the product was even shipped by Amazon.
3) As explained above, all purchases made in the same period of time. This is a clear sign of an orchestrated effort to manipulate our listing with low fake reviews, especially considering we had mostly positive reviews before.
We tried reporting through all available methods, including reporting abuse and opening a case, but we had no success. Everyone keeps telling me to report it a different way, and so on. I'm now seeking help from the community regarding this issue. If a representative can contact me to obtain the necessary details and report it to the appropriate team, that would be greatly appreciated. We are confident that these reviews are abusive, and we have strong evidence to support our claim. I am certain that once the correct team reviews it, action will be taken promptly.
thanks so much!

Understand that your your concerns with the recent product review ratings that you've received.
I'd like to ask if there have been any updates over the last week? Have you received additional positive or negative product feedback?
You also mentioned that you had opened a case about this. Do you have a case ID number that you'd like us to review?
I wanted to share some of the seller resources that we have available for managing product feedback:
Customer product reviews - This page provides a video introduction to Amazon’s customer product review policies. Amazon encourages buyers to review the products they like and dislike to help customers make informed decisions about the products they purchase. To ensure that reviews remain helpful, sellers must comply with Customer product reviews policies.
To report possible violations:
1) Send email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines and
2) Identify the product review and click the Report button on the review. These actions will provide Amazon an opportunity to review your concerns.
We suggest you to open a case (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/support) and describe your related issue in detailed. This way, you will allow the relevant team to investigate and provide the necessary assistance.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
