Images not appearing

I've reached out to Amazon Seller Support several times now. This is very frustrating. I have a recent case: 14778543261

I've been selling on Amazon over 13 years and managed over 4k SKUs. I do think I know a little of what I'm doing. We have children varations and contributions to color options from several sizes. This is in the clothing category.

Every once in a while, our contribution images go down and Amazon puts up an old photo of ours and deletes all the other images leaving just one main image. We are the only seller so there is nobody else that we are aware of that is making contributions. We are brand registered and we have 100% buy box. I try and reach out by email (no chat available) with both Brand Registry and Seller Support and the replies I get go like this:

"We regret to inform you that the current images showing on the detail page are an accurate representation of the product and most closely align with the style guides and standards. However, when images are received from multiple sellers, Amazon will select the images that most closely meet the style guides and standards."

It's possible some other company is making contributions to our listings without us being aware of this. If that is the case. We hope Amazon can protect us and block them if they are not a legitimate seller.

Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with your listing. One thing you may want to consider to prevent this from happening, is zooming in closer on your product so your customers can see the product better instead of the full body of your model.

I have fixed the image and it will now display correctly on the site. Please allow up to 24 hours for the information to pass through our system for a full update. If you do not see it updated after this time, please let me know and I will look into this further.
