Review Violating Community Guidelines
I recently received a negative review, that has mentioned pricing, which I believe goes against the community guidelines for customer reviews. I have reported the review, opened multiple cases, emailed community-help@amazon.com, and talked to support, and I have not recieved any resolution. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

There's nothing against mentioning pricing in the Guidelines for Customer Reviews:
What you're probably thinking about are the guidelines for Seller Feedback, which is a very different thing:
In short, if you've received a negative review that mentions pricing, you won't get anywhere trying to have it removed - it won't be. If you've received negative seller feedback that mentions pricing, you have a shot.
