certified under UL 1310 or IEC/UL/CSA 60950-1 or IEC/UL/CSA 62368-1 standards issue
How are you, ladies and gentlemen? I'm having this problem getting my charger and wall plug approved, although one is already selling on Amazon. The other Amazon sent back to me, talking about being certified under UL 1310 or IEC/UL/CSA 60950-1 or IEC/UL/CSA 62368-1 standards. Both of them came from the same provider and were sent to Amazon at the same time. Please, someone help me out with this and understand.

Hi there @Seller_DEpN8uW2CDFmQ,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions on Amazon's requirements for Device batteries and chargers. Amazon approves and reviews ASINs individually so even if one similar ASIN was approved it does not mean the other will be. It might be that Amazon already has the required doducmetntion on file or it has not yet been identified as requirieng the information.
I'd like to see what I can do to assist you here with your products, if you provide me with your most recent Seller Support case regarding these ASINs I will review and see what options or insight I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
