Can't appeal A-to-Z claim even though we are supposed to have option to appeal.

We are trying to appeal A-to-Z claim. Even though we are supposed to have an option to appeal decision, there is no button.

Can a moderator help please?

Hey there @Seller_RP1tgj93WBwy9- thanks for looking to the forums for some guidance on this.

Here is our guidance on Appealing A-to-z Claims, which advises:

"Once a Claim is granted to the customer and your account has been debited, you have 30 calendar days to submit an appeal if an A-to-z Guarantee Claim has been granted in favor of the customer."

Can you confirm if you are still in the window to submit an appeal? If so, can you help share the involved Order ID so I can take a look at the specifics from my end?

Thanks in advance!
