amazon.com provided to one customer for 3 return shipping labels with ONE order ID.
I found out that if one customer order 3 items with one order ID and then return 3 items at the same time, but amazon.com provided to one customer for 3 return shipping labels numbers are issued. (we paid returned fee)
Until now, I have trusted Amazon to sell, but I also know that when returning something like this, the return shipping cost increases threefold.
Is it right to return it in this way?
Please suggest a way to prevent returns in this manner again.

How about that. We have had scammers order 5 of the same item and request 5 returns. The only problem was, they never returned anything. The placed a sticker over out return address and used the label to mail their products. Of course, RFS refunded them in full.
It took a month to sort things out with Amazon when the return tracking showed the returns left the buyers 2ip code but went to 5 different states to be delivered.
There are scammers all over the Amazon site, and Amazon doesn't care. Good luck in finding a resolution.

Tatiana from Amazon here. The separate return labels were likely created because the buyer returned each unit through a separate return process.
While we are unable to prevent buyers from returning one item on an order, then later changing their mind and returning all items, I would suggest filing a Safe-T claim for this order if Amazon is the one processed the refunds. You can request reimbursement for the return shipping cost. You can learn more about which orders qualify for reimbursement here.
