SAFE-T Claim Wrongfully Denied

Mods,

SAFE-T claim 12506-39152-4907839 was wrongfully denied using a non-applicable template response. CSBA refunded the customer in full claiming "damaged in transit" when the customer never reported damage and never opened a return request. We filed a Safe-T claim and provided proof of delivery, and Amazon denied this claim because the item is "non-returnable".

We agree that the item is not eligible for return unless damaged or defective, but we are now out the product and the money. We need a mod to advise what else can be done to have this case reviewed by management before we escalate further. Amazon has enabling this customers theft over over $600.

Thank you for giving me the chance to look into your claim issue. You are using Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA). The customer reported the damage to CS, and they processed a refund because the product is nonreturnable owing to the battery in it. The entire category has the same stipulation.
