Your account has been closed for misuse of Amazon's services. We have sent you an email with additional information.

Due to buyer account being blocked, I am unable to access to seller account too which is my main master account as well. I never got the email. I know my business is in good standing because for VA's can access the account and the business shows Healthy rating.

How do I solve this ?
