URGENT FEW HOURS LEFT: Suspected Image Copyright Misuse
I received suspected image copyright misuse violation. It mentions the brand TopG**. The pictures or design does NOT belong to the mentioned brand. IMPACT is HIGH. Not yet affected as I have 24 hours to resolve.
It is giving me the option to simply remove the picture and let this matter go. But the issue here is that the listing is generic and dpes not belong to me. I have simply uploaded my offer on this existing listing. So I can not delete the pictures and get rid of this matter. I dont have the authority to edit any attribute of that listing except for creating my offer (me too listing).
Now what do I do? It says deleting the listing will not affect the violation. How do I get rid of this?

Hi there @Seller_Ho0X8JFXdMv2t,
Thank you so much for posting within the Forums. I hope this finds you well.
I would like to apologize for the time it has taken for the moderation team and I to respond here. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
I understand you have a suspected copyright misuse violation present on your account health page and have questions regarding your next steps.
As this is not your listing and the ability to update the listing or remove information may be restricted, you could delete the particular listing from your inventory if the listing no loner applies to your product or if you do not want to sell that product anymore.
Have your listings been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation through your Account Health page by clicking the ‘Resolve’ button next to the impacted ASIN and follow the instructions provided in “Has your listing been deactivated in error” section. Your explanation should include the following information:
1. A letter of authorization or licensing agreement proving that you are authorized by the rights owner to create and list products using their copyright image in relation to your product. The documentation submitted must meet the following criteria:

- The document explicitly authorizes you to make and list products using the rights owner’s copyright image.
2. An explanation and any evidence or documentation demonstrating how the listings do not violate our intellectual property policies.
What happens if I do not address the policy violation?
This is the option you should take if you have authorization to utilize the intellectual property in question. Alternatively, this will also be the option you choose to provide evidence and insight into how you are not violating the intellectual property of others.
Do you have any case IDs for these listings?
All the best,
Stevie.
