FBA International Freight Shipping Charge - I canceled the shipment - cargo did not ship

I canceled an FBA shipment reservation via Amazon Global Logistics however, I am seeing an FBA International Freight Shipping Charge in my account. Can anyone tell me how to ispute this charge since the cargo never shipped? Thank you. Order ID FBA17NN0TCPV.

I was able to find out why I was charged for the shipment. It actually was an Amazon Continuous Bond fee for $350. No responses are needed for this forum question. Issue resolved. Thank you.
